1. Apply Tongueclear oral cleaning gel on the oral mucosa cleaner.
2. When using, place one side close to the brush head like a lollipop and gently brush the tongue, gums, upper and lower jaws and the inner walls of the mouth.
3. Rinse mouth with water.
