What is Your Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after ordering your item to request a return. Only applies to US orders.

To start a return, you can contact us at tongueclear@sslips.com. If your return is approved by our customer success team, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Is There a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee?

This applies for 30 days after ordering your item. Only applies to US orders.

The satisfaction guarantee only applies to the first order by a new customer. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please return the order. Returns shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility. 

Returns will only be accepted with a maximum of one open gel, one open brush or  (1 brush + 1 gel). For example, if the order had 3 gels and a brush. Only two of the products can be returned open. If more than 2 items has been unsealed, then the guarantee is void. The other products need to be returned in resalable condition, so please package keeping this in mind (i.e., not in an envelope, but in a box). 

What if there is any Damage and/or Issues?

Please inspect your order upon reception and if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. That enables us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

For any approved returns, a refund will only be issued, for the portion of products, that are received in resalable condition (i.e., undamaged folding carton, sealed and undented tube, unopened sealed set).

What is I Need an Exchange?

We accept exchanges, but if the exchange is not caused by us, you will need to pay for the return shipping of the item and make sure your item is in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. To get you the item you need faster, please exchange a new item separately upon approval from our customer success team.

How Does My Refund Get Credited?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
